Portlaw Development Corporation is a modular construction company located in Spring Lake New Jersey. We only build quality homes using quality materials and our construction methods and materials adheres to all building codes.  We understand how important a home purchase is to our clients. We understand their concerns and in most cases, the lack of knowledge about modular construction. We take pride in how we guide our clients through every step of the building process from design to completion. Our clients become completely familiarized with modular construction methods.
